The College of Science at Swansea University is encouraging applications for 2-year Leverhulme Early Career Fellowships (http://www.leverhulme.ac.uk/funding/ECF/ECF.cfm) and has announced a competition to attract external candidates to apply. The Glaciology Group at Swansea (http://www.swansea.ac.uk/geography/Research/Glaciology/_) would be keen to encourage applicants in snow and ice research.

The Leverhulme deadline for final fellowship applications is 10th March 2011. If you are interested in applying for such a fellowship in the first instance please contact the staff member at Swansea you would be keen to work with, who will tell you how to apply for Swansea support.
