Bodø University College, in close cooperation with universities and academics from all countries in the Arctic, offers a 10 cr. Course on Master level, named “Social Policies in the High North”. The course will take place in Bodø from October 4th till October 15th 2010.
 

And you are welcome to join this broad international fellowship.

The course will strive to identify, elaborate and develop challenges and perspectives of special relevance for social policies and social work in the circumpolar region. A deliberative, contextual and comparative approach will be used to comply with particular needs for competence and knowledge. The focus will be on living condition, democratic governance, indigenous and gender issues.
