The Office of Undergraduate Studies would like students of UArctic member institutions and those in the Circumpolar Studies program in particular to take note of the following Advanced Emphasis as an option towards completing your Bachelor’s degree in Circumpolar Studies or Northern Studies, or in general your undergraduate degree!

International Project Management is one of many Advanced Emphases options found on the Circumpolar Studies program website.
International development projects are nowadays carried out in different kinds of organizations and this creates a need for project management experts. You have a chance to learn the most essential skills of project world in one academic year through International Project Management-study programme in the Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences.

What will I learn?

• The basics of international project management and funding
• The most important tools for project management

Implementation of studies

• Specialization studies (60 ECTS) are carried out during one academic year (September 2010 – May 2011)
• Language of the programme is English
• All courses are answering to the real needs of working life and studies are practical by nature
• Programme includes 3 months practical training

How to apply?

• Entry requirement is Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of studies completed at Higher Education level
• Good command of English
