The post doctoral position is in climate modelling and their analysis at the Danish Climate Centre, Copenhagen. The duration is 3 years, starting June 1, 2009 or as soon as possible after this date.
The Danish Climate Centre (DKC) is responsible for the provision of plausible future climate conditions for Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. DKC is involved in many international collaborative projects, where modelling and analysis of the results are central elements.
Activities involve Global Climate Modelling (GCM) and Regional Climate Modelling (RCM) as well as Ice Sheet Modelling for the Greenland Ice Sheet.
